  • Can I bring a stroller or wagon?
    • Yes! Just keep in mind that you will be at an event with thousands of other attendees, so in order to make it easier for you to move around, as well as for the safety of other attendees, please leave your large strollers and wagons at home.

  • Who do I contact with my cosplay questions?
    • Please email cosplay@popcultureclassroom.org. You may also review our cosplay rules and prop policy, here.

  • Is it OK if I send my child alone to the convention?
    • You are advised to NOT leave your child(ren) at Denver Comic Con or let them attend alone without a parent or guardian. Children under 12 are required to be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

PLEASE NOTE: Children under the age of 12 years can not be left unattended. If a caregiver cannot be found, the convention staff will notify security.

  • Where can I find the schedule for Denver Comic Con?
    • Our official schedule will be available on our website and our mobile app approximately two weeks before the convention.

  • Can I exchange my tickets?
    • No, we do not do refunds or exchanges.

  • I moved after I purchased my tickets, and now my badges are going to the wrong address. Help!
    • To change your mailing address, please contact AXS directly at 888-929-7849. If you have any additional issues or concerns, email us at ticketing@popcultureclassroom.org.

  • How do I get my badge? Can I get it early?
    • Having your badge mailed to you is an option up to the cutoff point that will happen approximately six weeks out from the event. We strongly suggest you choose this option, as it will allow you to receive your badges by mail and avoid having to stand in line twice on the day of the event. Those of you who selected to receive e-tickets will have to swap the e-ticket for a badge onsite.

If you did not use our STANDARD MAIL DELIVERY option, we will have opportunities for you to pickup your badge(s) onsite prior to the show. More information about this will be available as we get closer to the show.

  • How can I skip the fees?
    • AXS offers a box office where attendees may purchase their tickets in person and avoid some of the service fees. It is located at the Denver Coliseum and is open from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. every Saturday, up to the Saturday before the show.

      Denver Coliseum
      4600 Humboldt St
      Denver, CO 80216

  • What does my ticket/badge include? What does it NOT include?
    • Your ticket/badge includes general admission and access to the main show floor, panel rooms and special presentations like our Opening Ceremonies and Cosplay Shindig contest. It DOES NOT include celebrity autographs and photo ops; these are sold separately and vary based on the celebrity’s determined prices.

Autographs and Photo Ops

  • Tell me everything about autographs and photo ops.
    • Most of our celebrity guests allow for autograph and photo opportunities during the con in Celebrity Summit.

You may purchase an autograph with a guest in Celebrity Summit; cash only. All of the autograph fees will be posted on our website starting about 8 weeks before the con. Most guests will sign anything you bring to the table, but please know that the guest always has first right of refusal. If you don’t have anything in particular you would like signed, most guests will have 8×10 photographs available at their booth. PLEASE NOTE: We do not post autograph schedules because they change so frequently. You can see daily schedules for celebs at their signing booths. Everyone does multiple times.

      Photo Ops
Photo Ops are conducted at DCC through a third-party service called Epic Photo Ops. They are available for pre-purchase here. By pre-purchasing, you give yourself the opportunity to use a credit card. All purchases on site are cash only. You may have up to four people in your photo op.
