It’s colder than the ice planet Hoth in Colorado, and Denver Pop Culture Con is getting on the ice on March 28th with our friends the Colorado Avalanche for STAR WARS® Night at the Pepsi Center.

Along with special guests from the STAR WARS® universe, you and your rebel friends will get to watch the Avalanche as it takes on the Buffalo Sabres in a truly unique sporting event that brings together fans of all ages.

Those who purchase a special Star Wars Night Ticket will earn a very special experience a few hours before the game when they get to go right down on the ice to hang out with the Imperial Stormtroopers from the 501st Legion—Mountain Garrison, also known as “Vader’s Fist.” There will also be photo opportunities with other special guests, so watch out for the Princess on the Zamboni and don’t displease Lord Vader!

Doors for the general public will open at 6 p.m. and all the hockey action kicks off when the game starts at 7 p.m. Tickets for the lower level are just $65 each (normally $103) and you scruffy-looking nerfherders can watch from the upper level for just $30 each (normally $41). While watching the teams face off, fans will also enjoy music from the Star Wars universe, movie trivia, and other fun surprises.

Finally, everyone who purchases a Star Wars Night Ticket will also receive a commemorative Avalanche Star Wars Night puck, and every ticket purchased will also include a $5 donation to Denver Pop Culture Con’s parent organization, Pop Culture Classroom.

Tickets for Star Wars Night will go faster than light speed, so get yours today at www.avstix.com/StarWars. And don’t forget to grab your tickets for this year’s Denver Pop Culture Con, May 23-25 at www.denvercomiccon.com/tickets.

May the Force be with you!
