As we support our community heroes, hope for a speedy resolution to the Covid19 crisis, and continue preparations for Denver Pop Culture Con 2020, Pop Culture Classroom will keep working to provide engaging — and entirely free — educational resources for teachers, parents, and students, including…

Online resources

Pop Culture Classroom’s in-person classroom activities have been temporarily suspended, but we’re currently developing a new program to allow parents and other to get FREE comics to keep kids engaged and planning exciting new ways to bring our classroom programming online.

A Changing Situation

This is an unprecedented moment, and the situation changes quickly. We’re working to be optimistic, nimble, and — most important — valuable to you, our community.

Please let us know what you think and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for the latest updates.

Covid19 and Denver Pop Culture Con 2020

We prioritize the health safety, and satisfaction of the DPCC community, but — with more than three months to go before Denver Pop Culture Con (July 3-5) — we have no plans at this time to cancel or delay the event. We are monitoring the situation closely and working on contingency planning with health professionals, the City of Denver, and the Colorado Convention Center.

Our team wants pop culture fans to have something special to look forward to when the Covid19 crisis is finally resolved. That’s why we’re still working hard to put together the very best celebration of pop culture, education, and imagination possible for the more than 100,000 fans, families, and participants who make their way to Denver Pop Culture Con each year.

In addition, we’ve just launched our new Best in US Heroes campaign to recognize first responders, educators, civil servants and other real-world heroes. It’s incredibly important to acknowledge the contributions of these heroes — especially as they engage in front-line work to address the current public health issue, teach our children, and save lives.
