Beginning in April, Pop Culture Classroom is offering a variety of pop culture themed workshops, designed for a number of age groups (and even a few directed at adults).
And speaking of adults, this is one just for you!
If you’re interested in designing your own tabletop games, this engaging workshop will serve as the kick-off of our monthly series of game design workshops for adults.
Taught by Shawn Bowman, this workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, April 18th, 5pm-7pm, and is open to ages 18 and above.
All skill levels are welcome. The class will be equal parts design and play-testing. We’ll use games worked on in class, or commercially produced games, to deconstruct the mechanics and design of those games. Each monthly class will also have a theme or element of design which we will also explore in more depth.
